STEPHEN MINISTRY

Since 1990, First Pres’ Stephen Ministers have provided confidential, one-to-one support and prayer for those who are hurting in our Church Family and broader community. Our specially gifted and trained Stephen Ministers are Christian friends who regularly listen, care, pray, support and encourage without judgment. Everyone experiences difficulty. Having someone to share God's love will ease the confusion, loneliness, stress, fear, or spiritual crisis. You are not alone. Our Ministers are here for you.

RECEIVE CARE

You are never alone with a burden to bear. If you are struggling through physical or emotional pain, illness, misfortune, loneliness, stress, unemployment or feeling disconnected, we are here to listen and walk alongside you in this journey. We meet weekly to support, pray and encourage you with complete, judgment-free confidentiality.

It is our privilege to journey with you through life’s challenges and uncertainties. God’s grace is big enough for us to go before the Throne in our brokenness with assurance of His goodness and love. If you or someone you know is struggling, please don’t delay.
