#WeAreFirstPres Stories: Faces & Flavors From First Pres

First Pres missionary partners, Barrett & Carrie Hendrickson, at Kirk of the Pines Church in The Bahamas, had a joyous reunion when Elder, Dave Cowan, flew much needed ministry supplies and a few surprise steaks to their new home in Marsh Harbor. The long road to recovery from Hurricane Dorian’s devastation in 2019, and the added challenges of the global pandemic have made certain necessities scarce on the Islands, but familiar faces and flavors from First Pres brought smiles and celebration! This special delivery was the boost of encouragement the Henrickson’s needed as they continue making inroads with the local community, serving and loving the youth through basketball, soccer, baking ...and steaks!
