Strategic Priorities

 

Strategic Priorities are the things we are focused on as a church for the next 3-5 years. They are distinctly aspirational.

  1. We create a culture of engagement where our actions preserve our values.

  2. We cultivate relationships of radical affection and accountability with one another.

  3. We strengthen and prepare one another to live missionally in family, vocation and neighborhood.

Priorities only matter if you begin to apply them in your own life. They have to do more than live on a website or be written on a page. Which is why we use all three of these priorities to make decisions about our ministries, events and stewardship.
