How do you measure a church's health?
How healthy is our church? How do we grow as a church family in the years to come?
First Pres turned 140 years old this year, and we think it's time for a check-up. Just like our physical bodies need care, our church body deserves consideration too.
This fall, we've invited TAG Consulting Group to help us with our check-up. TAG Consulting Group helps improve organizational health, productivity, and effectiveness.
Q: Is this survey anonymous?
A: Yes, your survey results go directly to TAG Consulting Group to be analyzed; they do not use your name or other personal information.
Q: How will these results be used to better the future of my church?
A: The survey results give a big picture view on the state of our church. Your results will help guide our leadership team to make essential changes in necessary areas to enhance the experience of our congregation and church staff.
Q: I can’t log on to the survey.
A: Make sure that you typed the password exactly as it appears. The password is case sensitive. The survey closes October 22.
Q: I can’t get past page one – it keeps taking me back to the beginning.
A: This issue is due to how your computer’s security features/network firewalls are configured. You may need to find a different computer to take the survey.
Q: What should I do if I don’t know the answer to a question?
A: You can leave that question blank. It will not change the end results.
Q: Can I take it more than once?
A: Jesus is watching you. Make good choices.
