Message: "What's Love Got To Do With It?"
July 9, 2017 | Rev. Jack Peebles | Luke 6:27-36 | fpco.org
Last week, we looked at the distinctions Jesus makes between God’s Kingdom and the kingdom of this world. He then turns his attention to the ethic which serves as the foundation of His Kingdom- love. In this passage, He illustrates that what love demands is challenging and incredibly counter-intuitive. At the same time, loving the unlovable correlates to who we are as "children of the Most High." This week, we wrestle with the question, "What's love got to do with it?"
