Love God, love one another.

We are followers of Jesus, in covenant relationship with one another. We are united in our love for God, have been transformed by our faith, and are committed to humbly serving the city of Orlando and beyond. We are not perfect – in fact, we have each been broken and challenged in our lives to the point where we recognized our own need for God’s grace. So we joyfully share life together, and invite you to do the same.

Life Community

Our vision is to be a church where are all loved, cared for and developed as disciples of Jesus Christ. The purpose of our Life Community Groups is to move each person in our church family toward Christ-like living and loving.

Image-bearers

God creates each person on earth in His image, according to what He has told us in the Bible. We believe that makes individuals sacred replicas of God’s design; worthy of respect and the knowledge of God’s saving love for each of us.

As such, we believe there is a place for you in our covenant community, and more specifically, in a life-giving small group who seek to honestly but lovingly encourage one another and help create an atmosphere of accountability. So in each of our Life Communities, we keep an open seat for anyone who wants to join.

Join a Group

Unlike a traditional small group experience, Life Communities usually meet in homes during the week, and have no set curriculum (although many include elements of Bible study). They typically include 8-10 people, and each person is encouraged to lead using their unique gifts. Groups remain open for visitors and are sent out into the church and community to serve together.

Investing

Living in community means we don’t just have shallow interactions: we share life together. We frequently spend time together talking about what we’re learning, making ourselves available, and of course, eating together. But truly investing means we keep four important things in mind: L.I.F.E.

First, we are Living for Christ, firmly rooted in what the Bible says about His life, and exploring God’s Word together. We are Inviting to Jesus, making space for others in our groups, and giving groups room to grow and multiply as leadership is developed.

We seek Fellowship in Christ, both in simply spending time together, and in making ourselves open to the group through prayer, sharing challenges and burdens, and encouraging one another. Then we Engage with Christ in Extending His Kingdom, becoming aware of the needs around us, and extending the love and compassion of Jesus to those who need Him most.
